Claim a lot for a little ETH. 80% goes to the treasury, and 20% buys $HAMLET and burns it. Build a house, a shop, a tavern or a park.
Every day is payday. 10% of the treasury is shared by score. A house scores 1 plus its neighbouring parks. A shop scores 2 for each house next door. A tavern scores 2 for each shop next door. Parks score nothing, but add 1 to every neighbour.
Day 3 is market day, when shops score triple. You may rebuild once a week, and give your lot to anyone.
Day 14: the lot that earned the most is crowned Mayor and takes the rest of the treasury.
